4 Towers of 12 floor height, with Post-tense System and 45,000 m2 of general areas cocrete frame structures, along with all the exterior works and ancillary buildings. Convention Center made of Large Metal Structure

- Earthworks of the 170,000 M2 land (including excavation and backfill)
- Foundation Works (Pilecaps, Foundation slabs and isolated footings)
- Block Walls and Concrete stiffener columns & beams.
- Pre-fabricated Showers.
- Marble & Porcelain Flooring and wall tiling.
- Facades Panels Novidesa & Alucobond system
- Tripple height slabs at the lobby areas , made of concrete.
- Manage Machinery and equipments (tower cranes, elevators, etc) .
